I love this annealer, it’s small footprint, and it’s ability to facilitate a large variety of brass. I used my unit a few times, but it had an occasional issue with the rotating disc. I messaged Stefan and got a prompt response. He advised me of a tweek i could make, and that resolved the issue. Really supports his customers.
I convert 223 brass to 22tcm (because this caseing isn’t available in canada). When manually annealing i would destroy about 1 out of 5 brass due to the inconsistent annealing. Using the AGS annealer I only loose 1 out of every 15 cases. I kick myself for not getting one sooner.

Like Ken says in his review; it has a small footprint yet it does and can handle a large batch and a wide variety of brass sizes.
Don’t let the price deter you. These annealers are at a very competitive price point especially for what all you get compared to others out there. These annealers are all very well made and they come with, should you need it, an excellent customer care that stands by their products.
I highly recommend and every time a conversation about annealing comes up, I direct people to AGS Custom and their annealers. You can’t go wrong.

I was skeptical buying something from Serbia at first but I thought what the heck I’ll give it a shot. I put the order in Sunday and got the annealer Wednesday morning. Serbia to Pennsylvania in 3 days. Don’t let the price point fool you. The quality of this machine is top notch. It’s so easy to set up and turn on and get the correct adjustment. You’ll be annealing brass in no time. Already a couple hundred rounds In and its functionality is flawless. I’m trying to find one thing about this annealer that I don’t like and I just can’t find anything bad to say about it.

Having been a reloader for nearly 50 years, I had annealed cases as needed with the old fashioned torch with cases in a pan of water method that was used at the time. Recently going back to precision rifle shooting after 20 years of shotgun sports, I’ve learned that annealing is a far more important step than I’d realized. Researching annealing machines, all signs pointed to AGS. The order process was as easy and pleasant as other reviewers had stated. Delivery was fast, and the product itself is top-notch. Quality materials, a clever, functional design, and the 3.0 I purchased is a versatile, simple to use tool. Be advised, a manual does not come with it but is easily downloaded on the website. Likewise, watch the video links. Set up was simple, I tried it for the first time today. I do wish the torch holder had height and angle as separate adjustments but it works perfectly fine with one. Settings were simple. For my 45-90 Sharps cases, thinner and straight-wall, 65% speed was quite adequate. For 6mm BR, necked and thicker case, a slower speed was required. I would highly recommend the AGS for anyone needing an annealer at a very reasonable price.

Received my annealer yesterday in USA. Even with holiday arrived in ten days. This is not just a machine but a work of machining art. Quickly annealed 80 cartridges in two different calibers. So glad I purchased this.
