Return Policy and Warranties
We require proof of purchase to honor all refunds. Only the original account or purchaser may return an item. Please include your proof of purchase with the products you wish to return in their original packaging.
Items will be carefully inspected upon return. Items that are non-returnable, including items that are opened / used, installed, misused, lacking proof of purchase, or not purchased directly from AGS Custom LLC, are non-refundable, and will be returned to the customer at their expense.
Details:
1. For returnable items, we accept returns within 7 days of delivery. To receive a full refund (minus shipping cost and payment processing fees), all items must be in original, unopened / sealed condition, showing no signs of use or installation. 10% restocking fee and original shipping cost will be deducted from total on return including on FREE SHIPPING orders. Shipping cost is non refundable. Buyers are responsible for the return shipping.
AGS Custom LLC warranty will cover all parts and labor. Customer is responsible for all shipping cost. Including shipping the warranty unit / part to AGS Custom LLC for inspection / repair and back.

Warranty, Exchange, Defective products
- Lifetime warranty on the hardware (case, screws, bolts, etc.) from defects in workmanship.
- Normal wear and tear, misuse / abuse of the item, physical damage are not covered by the warranty.
- Physical damage, housing screws showing signs of tampering will void the warranty.
- Warranty covers products that are defective, not through normal wear and tear.
- 1 Year warranty from purchase date on electronic components. Including power supply, LCD/speed controller, motors, wiring, plug and its components.
- Any attempt to temper with the internal wiring and components will void the warranty. Assembly and disassembly of the torch holder/s does NOT affect the warranty.
- ***If annealer is purchased from another retailers besides agscustomparts.com, you may need to provide your proof of purchase.
- Warranty is limited to original purchaser and not transferable.
All warranty request must be submitted to: office@agscustomparts.com. Customer is responsible for shipping on replacement parts.
For warranty repairs, customer is responsible for all shipping cost. Including shipping of the unit or parts to AGS Custom LLC for repair/inspection, and shipping the repaired unit back to you.
